About the festival - Sports Fest 2024

Following the success of the 2023 installation of a padel court in The Crescent, EC3, brought to you by Central London Alliance, Aldgate Connect BID and EC BID, organisations came together to expand the offering.

Sports Fest 2024, brought to you by Aldgate Connect BID, Cheapside BID, Central London Alliance, together with Blue Orchid Hospitality is a unique festival of sporting installations and activations for workers, residents and visitors to enjoy, running from July to September.

This year’s festival will include a beach volleyball court, pickleball court, crazy golf and mini games, in some of London’s most iconic locations. Keep an eye out for free family fun sessions and corporate challenges for you to take advantage of.

Sports Fest is an exciting new festival and aims to encourage more visitors from London, the UK and further afield to visit the Square Mile for leisure, all whilst providing an enhanced offering for local residents and businesses and creating a vibrant destination for all.

Seize the opportunity to capture this summer’s global sports events schedule, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and take part in a summer of sporting fun; it’s time to play.
